Most complete applications are reviewed promptly. To request financing, select HeyLight at checkout and follow the instructions. You will need a valid passport or identity card to complete the process.

New products are supplied with the applicable international manufacturer’s warranty where provided by the brand. As an authorized retailer, we provide all original documentation included with your purchase. Warranty duration and conditions vary depending on the brand and product.

We accept returns only when an item was damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, repair or refund in accordance with our Returns & Warranty Policy.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind.
• An incorrect model ordered by the customer.
• Normal wear and tear.
