A polished 36.5 × 28.45 mm Reine de Naples in 18K white gold, defined by its elegant oval “drop”-shaped case set with 117 brilliant-cut diamonds on the bezel and flange, and crowned with a briolette-cut diamond on the winding crown. The dial, crafted from iridescent white mother-of-pearl, is accented by an off-centered silvered sub-dial with guilloché finishing, blued Breguet open-tipped hands, stylized Arabic numerals, and a pear-cut diamond at 6 o’clock—combining refined artistry with unmistakable femininity. Driven by the automatic Breguet calibre 537/3 with a silicon balance spring and escapement, the movement offers a 45-hour power reserve and can be admired through the sapphire crystal caseback, while the watch remains water-resistant to 30 m (3 bar).
