On the product page, find the 0% Financing panel. Choose your repayment term (3, 6, 12, 24 or 36 months), then adjust the down payment using the slider. The monthly amount updates automatically so you can review your payment plan.
When you are happy with your selection, click the blue monthly-payment button to add the product to your cart. Continue to checkout and select HeyLight as the payment method. Follow HeyLight’s instructions to submit your application. Financing is subject to eligibility and approval by the provider.
To apply for 0% financing, you must:
- Be between 18 and 75 years of age.
- Be a resident of Switzerland.
- Be a Swiss citizen or hold a valid B or C residence permit. B permit holders must have held their permit for at least one year.
You will normally need a valid identity document and, where applicable, a Swiss residence permit. The financing provider may request additional information to complete its credit assessment.
Applications are reviewed by the financing provider. Processing times depend on the completeness of the submitted information and the credit assessment. Approval is not guaranteed.
Choose the watch you would like to purchase and request a Trade-In offer through its product page. Share the details of your current watch so our team can evaluate it. We will review its condition and specifications and contact you with an offer. If you accept, the agreed Trade-In value can be applied towards your next purchase.
New products are supplied with the applicable manufacturer’s warranty where provided by the brand. Warranty duration and conditions vary by brand and product; details are included in the product documentation.
We accept returns when an item was damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, subject to our Returns & Warranty Policy. Contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the case. We do not generally accept returns for a change of mind, a model ordered incorrectly, normal wear, or customized/engraved products.
