These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of andermattswisswatches.ch (the “Website”) and any purchase of products or services from Andermatt Swiss Watches AG (“ASW”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing the Website, using our services or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms together with any policies referred to in them.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your location, order value and other circumstances.
Payment methods may include:
- Shopify Payments;
- Visa;
- Mastercard;
- American Express;
- UnionPay;
- Apple Pay;
- Google Pay;
- supported cryptocurrency payment methods such as USDC;
- HeyLight financing where available and eligible.
Payment processing may be provided by independent third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply to their services.
We reserve the right to withhold fulfilment until payment has been successfully authorised or otherwise confirmed.
11. 0% financing with HeyLight
Eligible purchases may be financed through HeyLight AG, Seefeldstrasse 18, 8008 Zurich, Switzerland.
HeyLight is an independent financing provider. Financing is not provided directly by Andermatt Swiss Watches AG.
Where financing is available, the applicable financing options, instalment period, down payment and other relevant terms are displayed before you proceed with the financing application.
Financing availability is subject to:
- the eligibility of the selected product or order;
- the applicable financing limits and conditions;
- customer eligibility requirements;
- HeyLight's assessment and approval.
Selecting HeyLight as a payment method does not guarantee approval.
HeyLight may carry out identity, fraud, risk, affordability and creditworthiness checks and may use automated decision-making in connection with an application.
The decision to approve or reject a financing application is made by HeyLight. Andermatt Swiss Watches AG does not control HeyLight's credit decision.
Where a financing application is approved, the financing relationship and associated payment obligations are governed by the agreement and terms provided by HeyLight.
The granting of credit is prohibited where it would lead to over-indebtedness, in accordance with applicable Swiss consumer-credit requirements.
12. Shipping and delivery
Shipping options, estimated delivery times and applicable charges are described during checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
International deliveries may be subject to customs procedures and delays outside our reasonable control.
Where applicable, the recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, brokerage fees and other charges imposed by the destination country, as described in our Shipping Policy.
13. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

We may provide access to services, features or tools supplied by third parties.

We do not control independent third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms.

These Terms and any contract between you and Andermatt Swiss Watches AG are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of any mandatory protection that applies under the law applicable to that consumer and that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
