Return and refund policy

As a Swiss-based business, we are committed to clear, reliable service. Our policies comply with Swiss law and are designed to ensure a smooth experience for every client.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We only accept returns in the event that the item was damaged during shipping.

Return Request Procedure
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
– Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
– A brief explanation of the issue
We will review your claim within 2 working days.
If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Please do not return any item without our written approval. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the damaged item, a refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Returns Not Accepted
We do not accept returns for:
– Change of mind
– Incorrect model ordered
– Wear and tear
– Custom or engraved items
